This weekend we found a very large female African Tiger Snake that had just been hit by a vehicle. She was alive when we got to her but had died by morning. We discovered she was carrying eggs and decided to remove them. We removed 18 eggs which appear to be in good condition and they are now incubating , It would be a fantastic story should we be able to save the life of the 18 Juveniles.
We measured this specimen at 98cm.

Well done. How do you incubate the eggs? One of the specimen I will never miss in my colltection

good job, excellent reflex !!! BRAVO ! I did the same 10 years ago with female salamander (Salamandra salamandra terrestris). I had save about 20 young !

Thats nice! Good job & well done! I did the same some years ago with an Kng Kobra that we found on the road, but unfortunly the eggs donīt hatched! Maby it wasnīt the time for them. So, finger crossing for yours!
