I'm using a Canon 50D and a Sigma 150mm Macro lens.
Both pictures are without any paintshop, or what so ever, straight from the camera.

Very nice, Rene! And good work with the new lens. I have a Sigma 105mm macro and I like it very much. I look forward to more pics from you, especially if they are squams.

I dont have photoshop, but photoimpact x3, and i'm not such a expert like you, but its fun to learn.
I'm a bit old fashioned, my favourite till now was a old Yashica 6X6 without even
a inbuilt light mesurment, but glass lenses. And some sony "snapomat".
I just bought my first real digital srl camera and this lens (after reading your post in photography).
And 2 Flashlights;-) Hope the next pixs will be bether.

I just wanted to show up, that a few minutes of postprocessing can improve any picture -even good ones as Yours!

I also have the Sigma 150 (in Nikon version) and is a fine lens. Good pictures of a beautiful animal.
