1.1 Bitis rhinoceros, Ghana locality. The male is CB 03 and the female is CB 04. They were paired together in the summer of 2008 and on August 23, 2009. She gave birth to 22 perfect, healthy neonates.

I think the "death slugs" from both gabonica and rhinocerus are cute all through their life, from baby to adult. Smile

Nice Babys.
What I like on B. rhinoceros is, that the get more coloration when the grow up, so I see it by my adults, that the get more and more red color for the females when the reach over 120 cm. I´ve seen manny nasicornis, the wasn´t so nice when the becomes adult! A fact, that make rhinoceros and gabonica so intressting for me.
