These are my Death Adders that I picked up in Hamm. Here is a feeding video, strikes and strike speeds are amazing. There is some close up feeding footage as well that scared the shit out of me while filming.

| True, they are extremely neurotoxic but with proper treatment mortality is rare and disfigurement is none. Even some neurotransmitter related drugs will safe ones life without antivenin. Extremely beautiful snakes, elapids in viper skin. |

Yeah, the elapid that wanted to be a viper... The acquisition of the 'viper-like' set of characters, including the folding large fangs and the overall body morphology, is very interesting from an evolutionary point of view . Parallelism sometimes makes awesome things... |

This evening, just out of curiosity, I put the male into the females cage and bam!, they have been locked since then. Hopefully something will come out of this since I don`t see enough locality specific CB Death Adders around.
