Had a look - their product list which they send you is dated Q1, 2008 ? This would be my first concern.

it sounds strange to me. But, after reading the 'Terms and Conditions'-Page (Yes, I did that for you ) I would say: Good question!
Here some things I thought about:
Why should you make a 100% pre-payment since you don't know what you're going to get or if you're going to get 'the ordered goods' at all? Is it possible to make such transactions through paypal?
If animals arrive dead, "ReptilesMalaysia will reimbursed only 90% of the invoice value of the dead item(s)."
Who gives you the guarantee that the shiped species are what you've ordered? I mean, can they differ between C. venustus and C. kanburiensis e.g.?

i have never ordered there but i heard from indonesian people that so far everythig they gottn from there was good quality and on time .
when you write a mail you ll be send a up to date list promptly and people seem to be freindly too

Most people in indo require full payment up front. I have not worked with this malaysian comany but I have considered it many times. I haven't had any problems working with my contact in indo.
