Finally my boy Rocky became a man. He has been alone for 7 years so it was to be expected. He now has two ladies to share his life with and hopefully some kids to follow.

Rocky is the star of our reptile park. Visitors love him as he is very friendly.

I do have other pictures but they note as good. I recently lost Rocky to a kidney infection that he might have picked up from mating. It has been very hard on me as he was my boy!


We recently got eggs from the female 7 good eggs 27 duds. Hopefully I can hatch a Rocky Junior.

I´m really sorry it is really sad the lost of a loved one, but I wish you the best with those eggs and hopefully you will get a little rocky,

Thanks! It's going to be a long wait and hopefully after 180 days they all hatch. I will most likely keep them all. I will update but it's going to be a while.

The female is eating like a pig again so she should put some weight back on.

I don't really have any pictures on my pc. We are busy revamping the pit so maybe in a while I will get some pictures. Budget is a bit tight. They have everything they need but being a park I want it to look more appealing to the customers.

Well here is a long over due update!

Well there is more news some good some bad. It has been a long 6 months of incubation!

We found this little one on Friday and he had died just after getting out the egg.


We decided to cut the eggs in case the babies struggle to get out. The shells were very tough!




This one must have died a while ago


This one made it out and was looking very weak but this morning is looking stronger and has absorbed lots of the yoke in just 24hrs.



So we got some that are doing ok they were looking weak but seem to be getting stronger. I am still not going to get my hopes up but I really hope to raise up a Rocky Junior.
