Here's a picture of my female. As discussed in the Atropoides-topic, these two families have things in common.
Today I fed her and she took the mouse so hard it left the tail hanging on the forceps-
torn off!

I have a couple of cb 06, they are around 2m now.
It's freaky when you leave the mouse / rat unheated, and they just smell the air and the ground but cannot detect the prey exactly.
The second they touch the mouse and realize it was there all the time, Bang!
Reminds me of the movie Predator...

Notice that the animal is not on the floor; I use certain type of carpet on the terrarium, because it lets moisture go through it and lets the air circulate on the bottom, and finally, when there's sh#t everywhere, I'll just remove the whole thing and wash it.
Seems to work.
