| From my friend Johan Pennanen I have a baby Chinese banded kingcobra that is doing great. When she arrived she was like 40 cm in lenght now after her first shed I could measure how big she has grown and she added around 20 cm in length as her shedding was 70 cm. I'm feeding her on cornsnakes every second day as I really feel like she needs that as she is active all day. I keep her in a enclosure decorated with live plants, I water the plants but never spray the vivarium with water only when she comes up for a shed I do spray daily twice. Everyday she gets fresh water and drinks right away from it, if not changed the water she wont drink. The vivarium is 70 x 40 x 40 cm and light and heating is done by a normal 40 watt globe the temp is like 27 degrees in day time and at night around 16 degrees celcius. Often she active in the early morning when temps are below 20 degrees. THats it cheers Richard |

| Hey Richard, i hear youve been telling people my King has died. Not to worry, shes still here and doing just fine. Here are some pics from today: Ive been feeding her every three days on whole defrosted corn snakes, and as you can see shes growing well and putting on weight. Shes being kept in a very simple setup, but it seems to be working for me. cheers, Tom

| Yours is awesome as well Tom. I am so jealous. These are never available in USA, so we may just have to buy from China, but they will be about 1 - 2 meter specimens, not babies.

| Hello Johan, How's life? These pictures are not amazing at all. Something went wrong, so i had to use my laptop. I am not happy at all about the colours, contrast and brightness. The picture from Houten, the gaslighter was much better... |
