I purchased this adult female as a cape puff but was later told that it was offspring of animals that originated in Namnibia. Maybe some of you SA guys can shed some light on the subject. Thanks Steve
Very Happy

HI Steve

I recently saw a similar looking animal from with this neon yellow and then another with neon orange along the South Eastern namibian border on the SA side. But then seen many more from the Western Cape with similar colours.

Hope that helps.

Hi.

I've seen so many puffies from different regions in Southern-Africa.
You have to love them all.

That animal is rather far from the standard yellow, orange and blackish Western Cape models. A while ago we had a debate around the origin of an animal which looked exactly like yours. While nothing is ever set in stone with opinions, I think Andrew Hacket also got Sean Thomas' advice as a second opinion and we all unanimously felt it was from Namibia.

Regards
MCH
