PostSubject: Hello from Virginia, USA!   Tue 11 Oct - 0:51

Hello all! I've been lurking around venomland for some time, drooling over the gorgeous animals that you all post. Smile
I started keeping venomous about 3 years ago. I worked at the Cape Fear Serpentarium in Wilmington, NC for about two years. Watching and working with the guys there was highly educational and influences my keeping decisions today.
I currently own about 60 different snakes, plus lizards, turtles, and tarantulas. Some of my more prized animals include cb selectively bred locality N. and S. copperheads, a male V. raddei (female died last Sad ), sistrurus (streckeri, barbouri and miliarius), water cobra (have one female now and will be picking up a pair next month), pair of P. jerdonii xanthomelas, xenosaurus grandis, aspidelaps, and various others. I love the U.S. natives just as much as my exotics, and that is reflected in my copperhead addiction.
In the future I hope to keep willardi again, and I'm very interested in trying my hand at A. hispida.
Look forward to seeing you all around the forum! Very Happy

Yesterday on the Snakeday, I´ve seen some Copperheads, I like this snake very much too.
It was one of the venomous snakes If have start with.
