The Board of Directors of The Center for North American Herpetology is pleased to announce the panel of three distinguished herpetologists who will select the 2012 recipient of
THE JOSEPH B. SLOWINSKI AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN SNAKE SYSTEMATICS
Dr. Wolfgang Wuster (committee chair, University of Wales, Bangor), Dr. Hussam Zaher (Museu de Zoologia da Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brasil), and Dr. R. Alexander Pyron (George Washington University, Washington, D.C.) have consented to continue to serve and choose the next recipient of The Slowinski Award, based on research published worldwide during calendar 2011.
The award, $500.00 and a stylish memento, is made by CNAH each September.
