Some of the 'older' forum members may remember me from the Kingsnake.com Venomous forums where I used to hang out more than a decade ago.
At that time I posted using the nick Dexter B. and I also had a small website called Dexter's Venomous Snakes Pages.
After being out of the hobby for more than a decade I recently decided it was time for some changes in my life.
Since I'm slowly but surely approaching my 'sixties' (halfway at the moment) it is time to take some load of and enjoy life a bit more.
And if one is going to stop working, what shall one do with all of that free time? Take up a hobby is the correct answer.
And that is why I have rejoined a number of forums including this one to share knowledge and points of view and learn some new stuff at the same time.
Taxonomy has changed quite a lot and so have the husbandry techniques and enclosure designs.
In short I hope to spend many hours here and build or renew friendships with fellow herpers all over the world.
Isn't the internet a great place to be?
grtz,
Dexter
