Yeah I know what you mean. I don't have kids, but I recently took over my fathers corp. and the hours are so crazy. I only have been able to spend 1 to 2 days a week a couple hours each day in my hot room. It sucks! We gotta do what we gotta do though. Good luck and hope for the best.
